I was able to install virtualbox and install some Linux distros on Virtualbox. Trying to learn Drupal theming and docker with DDEV are recommended. Docker Desktop fails on startup now with a complicated error about WSL (windows subsystem for linux). I know Hyper-V will be a problem for Virtualbox. Can I install Docker without turning Hyper-V on? Maybe find a Virtualbox appliance would be easier?
