Can I distribute a software with the following permission notice

I’ve recently written a piece of software (without any other contributors) for a company which I part own. I was wondering if I could distribute it with the following permission notice, which is a modified version of the MIT License. Are there any obvious risks if I do distribute with this licence and does it give me the right to reuse the code in other projects?

Why isn’t DSM for unstructured memory done today?

Edit: Comments suggested, that DSM just faded out by being not used recently. What were the reasons for this, what are DSMs drawbacks? Literature lists many positive aspects like
easy to port programms to, no marshalling and therefore faster and so on but also negative aspects like only usable in homogenous environments due to endianess and word size issues. So why is all data synchronizing done by databases and not DSM anymore? Has there been a historic comparison or study at the time when both ways existed concurrently?

Using sounds on distributable app – Copyright issue

I’ve created an app that has some sound file that I’ve downloaded from Macloops. The user can only listen these sound files (he can’t create any new sound files using them) with the app. Now, I want to distribute the app over the internet and I’d like to know if I can do this legally.
