List/DB of all famous nouns
I’m looking for a DB (ideally just a JSON array of strings) of all famous persons, things, and places. (Fictional and non-fictional)
Mongo on VS Code
I installed VS Code, the latest version. I checked if Mongo is there and it was. I’m on a Windows machine. When I typed into the Command prompt where mongo or where mongoDB it didn’t find it. AI instructed me to write code --install-extension mongodb . Error message. Looks like something is not working properly. Where to find help? Any idea is appreciated.
Would it be bad to use two different database engines for location history?
I’m building an analytics and storage platform for entity location history. I’m a bit hung up on the database engine, though. On the one hand a graph database fits really well for the entity relationships. On the other hand, queries around the time based dimension (e.g. entity history and the history of a defined area) seem to fit better in an RDBMS.
Inventory With multiple items unit
I’m currently working on designing a database in MS Access, but I’m having trouble with handling products that come in different units. I would greatly appreciate any guidance on the correct way to design this. Here is the design I have come up with so far:
