I installed codeblocks 17.12 version (64 bit) on my macbook (macOS-sonoma) from chrome, also tried it from safari. after i select the compiler the spinning wheel appears and keeps loading. to get rid of it i can either force quit codeblocks(which is written in red letters with ‘not responding’ in brackets in the force quit window) or i can restart it.
