I am playing League of Legends and the most part of time the ping is osciling.
I have a friend of mine with the same problem and we have the same internet provider.
What I want is to run the game and discover what is the IP that is “lagged” to trace route in CMD and prove to the internet provider that the problem is in their routes.
Could someone help me?
