Some questions about ClearCase [closed]
Is clearcase in obsolence as a version control env? Is it likely that in the project I am working compelling me to use clearcase simply because it is a legacy project?
How to set user as a Privileged User?
For the past few days I’ve been struggling with trying to understand how to set someone as a privileged user. My goal is to allow any of my team members to import files to source control using the clearfsimport command. The issue is only the VOB owner or privileged users can use this command. I know how to change VOB owners, but I don’t know how to set privileged users. Does anyone have any idea how to do so?

Clear case new snapshot view not visible in explorer
I’m quite new in ClearCase.
I wrote a script that creates a new snapshot view in Windows, after success creation – I see it in folder (via windows explorer), I can’t see it in ‘Clear case explorer’. I need manually to right click in CC explorer to add view shortcut.
Any idea how to automate it ?
