Variable expansion is different in zsh from that in bash
The following is a simple test case for what I want to illustrate.
Switching from Bash to Zsh, is there a great tutorial to setup my dot-files from scratch correctly?
I have been using Bash for many years and I have always hacked together a lot of aliases, configurations, exports, and path settings over those years. I am now making the switch from Bash to Zsh and I really want to start fresh and configure everything the “right” way and in the “right” dot-files like .zprofile, .zshrc, .zlogin, etc. Does anyone know of a great tutorial to walk through an ideal Zsh setup? Then I can integrate all of my years of hacks and commands into that fresh start.
ANTs – antsApplyTransform – error message
I am trying to run a transformation with the Advanced Normalization Tool (ANTs), however I keep getting the same error message, no matter how I modify the code.
Could you please help and assist me in this matter?
I am using terminal zsh.
I tried several ways of using the square brackets, #, and curly bracket, ”, and “” – but I keep receiving the error message. Even-though the out0GenericAffine.mat files are existing in the given folder, and the path was clearly defined previously.
