we create a alexa skill set and its work properly fine. but when customer devices and alexa are offline more than 30 minute then customer give command to switch on and off the devices to alexa then alexa says to customer disable and enable the skills again . could you please tell me why this happened and how I fix it so next time if customer devices and alexa are not connected to the light and after some times they connected alexa does not say to reenabled the skills . and I checked from my end after some interval alexa does not provide the event to the lambda functions.
