I am trying to program an ATMEL 2560 using Windows 10 (home). I have downloaded XLOADER for WIN 10 and the download goes fine, and so does the installation process. But when I doubleclick on the XÆOADER.EXE absolutely NOTHING happens. The cursor changes to a rotating circle (indicating tha Win 10 tries to load XLOADER (I suppose) ), but after a short time it resumes to the know arrow. And NO Xloader. The ATMEL 2560 is connected to a USB-port (eg. COM 3). I have absolute no idea what is wrong. Please help. Thanks for any advise.

So I have a question. I have previously made PCBs with chips Atmega2560 in V1 to 2 and without problems, but in v3 I had problems That is, usually the bit clock is set at the default 375Mhz but this has to be brought to 375Mhz before it can respond to the ATMega2560. And the second problem was when given the basic 1 second blink program The light on the PCB runs very long blinking for more than 1 second, for the crysta I use 160Mhz, So please give me a solution to solve this
