Pushing images to our artifactory instance, throws the error unknown blob after pushing images

I’m looking for a correct way of adding another Artifactory instance to JFrog Artifactory HA with some modifications.
Currently I am having 3 nodes. I would like to add another one.
I have 3 licenses so my idea is to shutdown one of the existing instances, install a new Artifactory instance simply by following HA installation guide and start it.
I should be able to shutdown recently started instance and restart the original one.

We are using an company specific instance of Artifactory hosted at https://company.jfrog.io/ and we use it to host packages for R.

Getting the service as active & running but UI is not working at http://<my-ip-address>:8082/ui.

we are using Jfrog Artifactory for hosting internal nuget packages for our internal developer community.

We want to use an instance of Artifactory CE, running in a local server, to distribute only pre-built binaries (Conan) of open source projects in a public web site. The distribution is only interested as open source oragnization, no enterprise involved.
