Google Play Console – Staged Rollout in progress but still “In Review” and not being delivered to users
We have managed publishing on and a new version has been sent to the public with a staged rollout. The console is showing that there is nothing currently “Ready to Publish”, but confusingly the Staged Rollout at 50% is “In Review”?

Android old/all pre-launch reports are gone
Normally I access my Android pre-launch reports in Google Play Console via “Testing -> Pre-launch reports -> Overview”. But now about 1 year later I wanted to access them but all of them are gone. The “Overview” (and “Details”) page are all empty. Does anybody have the same issue and knows a solution?

Understanding Data Collection & Security in Google Play Console
Google play console has made it mandatory for app developers to complete a data collection and safety declaration form. My app does not have a server, so there is no scope for data collection.
However, I do collect analytics data using mixpanel (like time spent in certain screen, buttons clicked, etc). Also, I have an option for the user to connect to their own google drive. But having said this, I don’t collect any data because the nature of my app does not require me to. I don’t track the “user” in any way.
