I have been trying for many months to acquire a google play developer console account and when I get to the stage to make payments, everything seems to go wrong. I mean my card is not accepted. I tried many cards both virtual cards ad the like. According to online resources, I need to use a domiciliary card. This is very difficult to get in my country. If google accepts my card on play store for premium purchases, why can it not use the same processor here ?

I pushed the Android app to Google Play Console and received the error message about Stack Trace Google reported in its own test: android.content.res.Resources$NotFoundException: Resource ID #0x0
