I recently upgraded Android Studio to Koala. I am trying to run an emulator with API 34 but whenever I try the process just hangs on “waiting for all target devices to come online”. I have tried creating a Pixel 8 API 34 emulator and a Pixel 7a, none of them launch. If I try API 33 everything works normally.

The emulator is stuck as an icon on the taskbar and I cannot open it in any way (I’ve tried alt+tab, Windows key + tab, and other methods). It seems to be running off-screen, as if I have a second monitor. How can i fix this?

I am running an app but after the gradle is built it is taking way too long to connect to emulator and after 5 minutes it is showing : “Timed out after 300seconds waiting for emulator to come online.” The emulator is for Pixel 7 android 14.0.

I’m working on a laptop – Lenovo Thinkbook 14 with Intel i7-1065G7 CPU. Windows 11 home.
I have installed the latest version of Android studio.
Upon creating a new file, I try to open the emulator and get the following error:

When Emulator is started from Android Studio(./studio.sh), Sidebar works fine.
When Emulator is started from CLI, it crashes when clicking on sidebar.

When I run the android emulator, the screen looks like the phone has a problem with the graphics card.
How can I fix it?
