I wanted to ask if anyone knew how to handle with terragrunt the phantom vpc’s that are created when the apply goes wrong

Actually use pre-commit from Anton in terraform project. From february i am changing to terragrunt, but pre-commit not work. I am searcing the internet and not found good steps.
