I need to establish a VPN tunnel between my AWS services to my 4G router that connects to some other devices such as 3D printer.

I obtain a AWS OpenVPN file for connecting my tplink router OpenVPN with the AWS. But somehow the tplink requires an IP address for it but when I try to open the AWS OpenVPN (.ovpn) file, it shows the AWS address and the port number.
