The Background/Context:
We have two systems. There have been 2 migrations done already to the new system. There were logical ways to divide up the data where we could cut over certain chunks of the system and operate with the two systems. Legacy system is hosted on prem. New application is hosted in AWS and a component of it is that the UI data is (mostly) indexed in Elastic Search.
