Im making a minecraft server with docker, but I need java 17 so I put:
RUN apt install -y -V --fix-missing openjdk-17-jdk
And the output is a non-zero code with:

Can someone help me fix this problem?

I tried putting every tag that ubuntu told me to put on exit codes like 1 and 100 and still they dont work. I need a simple solution please.
