Previously all codes works fine. I can calculate Excel formulas automatically using import formulas and print the values in terminal. One day I just copy paste mt .py files because I need to reorganize my codes. Now I always get this error, even though I created new venv in VS Code for 5 times, it always give me an error. What should I do?

My code sample:

from openpyxl import load_workbook
import formulas
import os

# The variable fpath provides the full path with filename to the excel spreadsheet with unevaluated formulae
fpath = 'test.xlsx'
dirname = os.path.abspath(fpath)
xl_model = formulas.ExcelModel().loads(fpath).finish()
xl_model.calculate()
xl_model.write(dirpath=dirname)

# Use openpyxl to open the updated excel spreadsheet now and specify the sheet "Form 3.4"
wb = load_workbook(filename=fpath, data_only=True)
ws = wb["Form 3.4"]

# Print the value of cell K17
print(ws['K17'].value)

My error code:
