DOT NET Application Execution Error on Localhost

I want to deploy DOT NET APPLICATION on Localhost but it gives an Error when I signIn on the Application.

The same web application works fine on Web Server but when I deploy it on Localhost and Run it gives an Error on Login Screen. I attached the screenshot for reference.
Please guide me best solution.
