I am trying to create a small onboarding workflow using Microsoft Forms and Logic Apps.

The workflow:

  1. I enter the details in Microsoft Forms and submit it.
  2. Logic app gets the details from the MS Forms and passes it into Azure Automation.
  3. Automation account runs the runbook with the script via the hybrid worker group.
4.PS script creates the AD account based on the MS Forms information on the Azure VM.

The issue is that when I submit the form in MS Forms, the runbook just remains queued and after a time it gets suspended.

I have doubled checked the automation account credential account in Azure and it does match the AD account in the Azure VM. Also delegated control to the account for the domain.
delegating control
Is there any way I could check why the runbook remains queued?

Thank you in advance!
