How to capture envirement variable passed during run time from Docker in angular project

In my docker desktop I want to find some way to capture envirment variable passed durint run time like in image
docker-desktop
as i want to pass multi variables needed in the project,
I can’t hard coded them in my project as it varies alot

I tried diffrent methods provided online but all failed and ended with porblems
angular version is 17.4
