I am currently using Hetzner to host my Nextcloud instance. Despite configuring the firewall to open the necessary ports, my Nextcloud service becomes inaccessible when the Hetzner firewall is enabled. Here are the port configurations for Nextcloud:
TCP Ports:
Host: 80, Container: 80
Host: 443, Container: 443
Host: 3478, Container: 3478
UDP Ports:
Host: 443, Container: 443
Host: 3478, Container: 3478
I have ensured that all the necessary ports (TCP: 80, 443, 3478 and UDP: 443, 3478) are open in the Hetzner firewall configuration. When the Hetzner firewall is disabled, Nextcloud operates correctly, and I can access the service without any issues. However, with the firewall enabled, the service is no longer accessible. I expected that by opening the required ports in the firewall, Nextcloud would remain accessible, but this is not the case.
