Solve without using NumPy loops (each point is solved in 1-2 lines)
• create a vector with elements from 12 to 42
• create a vector of zeros of length 12, but its fifth element must be equal to 1
• create a matrix (3, 3) filled from 0 to 8
• find all positive numbers in np.array([1,2,0,0,4,0])
• multiply the matrix of dimension (5, 3) by (3, 2)
